[Iplant-api-dev] Jobs submitted stuck in submit phase...

Hi All,

I (and one other user) have recently submitted jobs that seem to be 
stuck in the "Pending" phase. These jobs worked late last week but seem 
to be stuck at the moment...

Is anyone else seeing this problem. We are running these jobs on 
machines in Canada as opposed to TACC/iPlant machines, so I am unsure if 
this is a problem with our machines or AGAVE scheduling...

Anyone else having such problems...
