[Iplant-api-dev] jobs still running

Hi,

I launched 9 tophat jobs yesterday morning. They reached the "RUNNING" state pretty quickly, but they have been in that state since which is not normal. Can you see if there is any problem or if they are in fact still running? Job IDs are 41453 - 41461.
