[Iplant-api-dev] multiple jobs finishing with status 'archiving_finished' but no data archived

Hi Matt,

No problem.

Below are ID's from jobs executed today. All are identical jobs - same app, same inputs, params, etc. I can send a list of ID's going back days or weeks if required.

ID's in red are the ones which I'm referring to --> status = archiving_finished but no data archived. I've included the other jobs which completed successfully so you can see that all these jobs are identical. In this sample (all jobs run today), more than 10% of the jobs are displaying this faulty behavior.

We need you to provide more context before we can begin diagnostics. Specifically, examples of jobs with the SAME input parameters that have a mixture of successful and unsuccessful completion states.
