[Iplant-api-dev] Foundation API (v1): stable today?

Is the Foundation API (v1) service stable right now?

I'm seeing PostIt errors and errors like this:

Service execution failed: FAILED: job 'muscle-lonestar-3.8.31u2-by-ipc'

org.globus.ftp.exception.ServerException: Server refused performing the
