[Iplant-api-dev] Lonestar jobs have been pending for one day

Rion has helped cleaning up the jobs and it has been working for a while. Now I am getting following error

apps-v1/jobs/44684	FAILED	re-poll: 5s
	Failed to submit job 44684: java.net.UnknownHostException: gridftp.lonestar.tacc.xsede.orgs
