Thanks Rion,

Is there any way we can monitor/fix this type of issue automatically? Manual intervention won't work for us when we have a bunch of users on the Green Line.

None of my jobs since I emailed you yesterday have gone through. There was a bunch from 6:00 am - 11:00 am that simply failed to submit, so I got not Job ID's. After 11:00 am yesterday, I did get returned a job ID for my jobs, but ALL jobs since then (11:20am) are stuck in PENDING. Please look for all job ID's higher than 42181 from the user dnalc_testuser. Please help to get resolved.

Foundation? Looks like it's up. Jobs went in a few minutes ago. I know some iPlant infrastructure started acting a little crazy this morning, but that seems to be sorting itself out.
