[Iplant-api-dev] iPlant Maintenance on Tuesday, February 4: Data Store and Atmosphere

The Data Store maintenance has concluded and all services that rely on the
Data Store should be operational.

The Atmosphere maintenance has been extended for another hour.  A separate
email will be sent to users when the maintenance has concluded.
