[Iplant-api-dev] job notifications not working

Hi Jerome,

Thanks for the email. Notifications were backed up for a couple hours today due to some long-running callback responses. These have all been processed and you should have seen your notifications come flooding in about an hour ago. I have an update going out to prevent this kind of backup in the future. The good news is that no messages were lost and ordering should have been preserved.
