[Iplant-api-dev] Adding App Permissions

I was able to add and add permissions to an app that uses lonestar4.tacc.teragrid.org as its execution host last week. When I try to do that now, I get the following error:

>  User does not have permission to publish apps to lonestar4.tacc.teragrid.org

I realize that this error is probably legitimate, but I haven’t been able to successfully set up my own system to run jobs on lonestar.  Here’s my attempt at a system definition:

(For anyone who hasn’t seen the movie, the name and description are Spaceballs references.)

Could someone review my system definition to tell me what I’m doing wrong? Also, in the meantime, could someone share the app, word-count-0.0.1, with the ipctest account?
