[Iplant-api-dev] Authorization Errors

After some more experimentation, it appears that my account permissions have changed and I’m no longer allowed to register apps or submit jobs. I’m getting the following error when I try to register an app:

When I try to obtain an app listing with the same OAuth token, however, the request works fine:
