[Iplant-api-dev] iPlant Data Store and Discovery Environment maintenance on Tuesday, April 15, 4a-4p MST

The iPlant Data Store has been restored; however, the Discovery Environment
(DE) is still under maintenance.  Discovery Environment users will receive
a separate notification when the DE is restored.
