I'm really sorry for the trouble, Cornel. This is a bug we are actively
looking into. Even though your account does indeed have the necessary
permissions, you may intermittently see this error message. We can
temporarily fix the issue by bouncing the server which I have just done.
You should be able to get in now for the time being, but let us know if
you hit this issue again.
