[Iplant-api-dev] Job status ARCHIVING_FINISHED but can't find output

Interesting issue. The iPlant Data Store isn't configured to allow users to recursively own the contents of their collection tree, so behavior like this, which is uncommon in a unix environment, is something we need to watch out for in the Data Store. Thanks for the update. Glad to hear you found a working solution.

Turns out the collections were all there but the acl was not set
correctly so I couldn't see them. If I explicitly set the archivePath
the job is rejected until I set all the intermediate
folders/collections but then I know the acls are good. The collections
under archive/jobs all had the correct acls.
