[Iplant-api-dev] Job status ARCHIVING_FINISHED but can't find output

The id of the jobs are 30925-30934 and the outputurl for the job with
30930 is https://foundation.iplantcollaborative.org/io-v1/io/list/imicrobe/archive/jobs/job-30930-imicrobe-blast-2225-simap
but I can't find any job output in irods. There were about 10 jobs,
all very similar. I have successfully run this foundation app using
the account that created the app. I granted permission for the
imicrobe user to run this app as well. I could see them running under
the iplant user on lonestar.

This is not running from the DE using the fAPI adaptor, the jobs are
being launched via Python script which I've written. The archive/jobs
folders don't exist on the imicrobe account either. Should I create
the archive/jobs folders and try again? Shouldn't the job status be
ARCHIVING_FAILED in this case?
