[Iplant-api-dev] Logging into AGAVE API with iPlant credentials

Okay, so I feel a little foolish about this, but I now see that I was
blindly copying the AGAVE url from the tutorial, which it lists as
"https://$API_BASE_URL/v2/auth/"
Can anyone tell me what I am supposed to use in place of $API_BASE_URL? I
tried "https://foundation.iplantc.org/v2/auth", but got a message that the
requested resource is not available. It does seem to accept my iPlant
credentials, though.
