[Iplant-api-dev] Connection error

I can not run any api jobs on Lonestar since last Friday. I know that there are some issues with Lonestar but I thought they have been fixed yesterday. 

Here is the error message for jobs submitted from DE:
LWP::UserAgent::request: Simple response: Internal Server Error
iPlant::SuperAuthenticate::auth_post_token_delegate 500 Can't connect to foundation.iplantcollaborative.org:443 (connect: Connection refused)
