As of ~3:45 PM on Friday, Lonestar is throwing the following error when I try to run an instance of metagenemark-1.00u3

Failed to submit job 10166: org.globus.ftp.exception.ServerException: Server refused performing the request. Custom message:  (error code 1) [Nested exception message:  Custom message: Unexpected reply: 451 active connection to server failed

I've tried four submissions, with no luck.
