[Iplant-api-dev] iPlant Data Store experiencing slow performance

The iPlant Data Store is currently experiencing slower than expected performance, impacting multiple services including the Discovery Environment and the Foundation API.  iPlant staff is aware of the issue and is working to find a resolution shortly.
