[Iplant-api-dev] irods module

[Ramona Walls]

When my job failed due to an irods problem, there was a line in the error
file that said

Lmod Warning: Did not find: irods

and then for the main job, the input file could not be found (because iget
did not work).

If your problem was with irods, you should see something similar.
