[Iplant-api-dev] job failures Lonestar

I'm getting job failures for API jobs on Lonestar. It looks like the module for iRods is now iRODS instead of irods, which causes many of my Lonestar apps to fail. I suspect TACC module updates being the cause. I don't know if this was an intentional change or not.
