[Iplant-api-dev] largemem queue Stampede

In the past, I've setup API applications on Lonestar with maxMemory set to 1000, and processorCount set to 24, with the expectation that the application would run on the largemem queue. As far as I know, that works. When I try a similar approach with Stampede, setting maxMemory to 1000 and processorCount to 32, it looks like it is set to run on only 16 processors.
Is the largemem queue available via the API, and if so, how do you request that queue?
