[Iplant-api-dev] java problems?

Hi,

I'm trying to run jobs using app 'fastqc-0.10.0u1' and, although the jobs 
finishes successfuly, the output files are not present. The error file says 
this:

Error: dl failure on line 864
Error: failed /share/apps/jdk64/jdk1.7.0_11/jre/lib/amd64/server/libjvm.so, 
because /lib64/tls/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.4' not found (required by 
/share/apps/jdk64/jdk1.7.0_11/jre/lib/amd64/server/libjvm.so)

This app used to work with no problems. Any ideas?
