[Iplant-api-dev] Campus network maintenance affecting all services: Wed, Feb 13 at 6-7am MST

The University of Arizona will perform a maintenance on the campus DNS
servers, the systems used to resolve hostnames to ip addresses, at the
following time:

Wednesday, February 13th from 5-6am PST /  6-7am MST /  7-8am CST / 8-9am
EST

This maintenance will impact all *.iplantcollaborative.org addresses, and
iPlant services may not be reachable during the maintenance.

Existing Atmosphere instances should continue to operate but may not be
hostname accessible until after the maintenance.
