[Iplant-api-dev] issue with IO

Seeing this problem

$ curl -X GET -sku "ghiban:XXXXX" https://foundation.iplantcollaborative.org/io-v1/io/list/ghiban/SRX030195_slim.fastq | json_xs -f json
{
   "status" : "error",
   "result" : null,
   "message" : "Failed to retrieve permissions for ghiban/SRX030195_slim.fastq, org.irods.jargon.core.exception.FileNotFoundException: File not found"
}

For some reasons it works for directories, but not for files..
