[Iplant-api-dev] Privileged Foundation API Account for the DE

There are a few de User ids I've seen floating around. You can probably just generate a token for them at login and keep it around. That will help track session in v1. But if you would prefer not to do that, I can grant any user you want proxy privileges to create tokens for other people. Just let me know. I'll be back in the office Tuesday.

Hi Dennis,

Currently, sswap has those privileges (so if your note is specifically
re submitting via sswap, we can already do that for the DE).

But I believe there is also a new and more general capability in v2 to
which Rion can speak.
