[Iplant-api-dev] job not archived, no outputs available, not reported as failure

Job 25884 was one of 6 jobs launched identically, but with different input files.  Job 25844 shows a status of ARCHIVING_FINISHED, and its Archive attribute is True.  The job's Submit and End times seem consistent with the 5 successful other jobs launched at the same time.  However, its archive path is null, and no output files are listed.

These were executing as the djennewe_test account, which does not show an "archive" folder in the Data window of the DE.  Attempting to create one gives a message stating the folder already exists.
