[Iplant-api-dev] Lonestar SUs

Anyone trying to run jobs against Lonestar on 9/19 may have gotten a message indicating insufficient SUs. This is being remedied and Lonestar will be available again later on 9/20. I will notify you when the additional allocation I have requested becomes active.
